Using the Kanban Board View in FreeCRM
In FreeCRM, the Kanban board view allows you to visually manage your deals and tasks. To use the Kanban view:
Navigate to either deals or tasks, and select the Kanban board view.
Choose the base field to separate each Kanban column. This field determines the workflow stages represented in the Kanban view. To move deals or tasks through the workflow, simply drag and drop them from one column to the next. Moving a card from one column to another effectively changes the value of the base field for that deal or task, reflecting the progress of work in real-time.
